MPP Michael Chan, Markham-Unionville

Heavenly Father, today, we lift up the Honourable Michael Chan and give thanks for his life and his leadership in our government.  Your Word says that some vessels are created for common purposes and some for special purposes (2 Tim 2:20). Lord, it is evident that you have chosen Mr. Chan for special purposes as he has diligently demonstrated through his work in our government and in his community. For this we are grateful and we ask for your continued blessing on his life. Thank you for the great responsibilities you have entrusted him with. We pray Lord, that you continue to give him the wisdom he needs to make sound decisions and the stamina he needs to complete his duties with excellence.  We pray that you surround him with other strong, trustworthy leaders and that he would seek Godly counsel when needed. Please protect him and his family and bring them to a closer relationship with you, our Lord. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen…………………….
